The Cayman Islands are also considered part of this group. The Lesser Antilles are a group throughout the Caribbean including small islands that form an arc between the northern coast of South America and the Greater Antilles.

Among the dozens of islands in this group are the most popular in Aruba, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Grenada, Martinique, Saint Kitts and Nevis, St. Martin, St. Vincent and the Grenadines Trinidad and Tobago and the Virgin Islands.
